I want to give a shout out to Darryl and Peter the maintenance men at Westford House for doing a great job remodeling Poes Coner and the Abbot resident bathroom and Beauty Salon. They went beyond the call of duty.

I would highly recommend Westford House to anyone looking for a place for themselves or a family member. The staff is professional and very friendly. A big shout out to the nursing director Alyssa Lamontagne for being so kind and extremely willing to answer any questions you may have.

My Dad was supervised well while there at Westford house during latter part of April and early May 2024. . He came in from the Hospital from a fall. He had dementia, diabetes and tended to get up a lot and then fall. So he would not hurt himself the Westford House staff put my Dad at the main staffing station where they could keep a close eye on him and prevent him from accidently falling. Our family appreciated the prevention measures taken to protect him from falling. The Westford House staff were kind and pleasant to work with. Thank you for the kindness and efforts. My Mother in-law was a patient at Westford House for a little over 12 weeks.The staff and personnel were top notch regarding the care they gave to her. The staff were always happy and smiling and showed good bedside manners for all the folks. I would highly recommend this facility to anybody.

My mother is at Westford House. The staff there and Hospice has been wonderful taking care of her. My family is extremely pleased. She is a huge fall risk and they have provided her with all the care she needs. I looked at several other nursing homes and Westford nursing Home has so many activities and seem to truly care about the residents there. Robin at the desk is so nice to my family as we do call every day to get check ups on Mom. I am so thankful we have Mom there.

They did a great job with my mom. I live out of state and it was so nice to have video chat with her during the day. She was happy with the care and the staff was very nice. I wish I could have met you all in person. My mom spoke very highly of you all.
